SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What countries do you ship to?

We currently offer worldwide delivery. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver. We will treat this order as a cancelled order, and a refund will be issued if any monies have been paid.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver orders within Ireland next day once ordered before 2pm. On occasion, for reasons beyond our control, this may be longer. Most of our international orders are shipped on the day of purchase. Shipping times may vary.

What happens if my purchase is in backorder?

Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated, and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, and our website did not notify you prior to your order, we will immediately notify you via email or phone with the anticipated shipping date. You are entitled to cancel the order at this stage, should the delayed delivery be of inconvenience.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment with debit card, credit card, and PayPal.

Where can I view my sales receipt / invoice?

When your order has been completed, we will send you your invoice by mail. You can also find your invoice in the order details when you log into your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us by calling +353 (0)89 410 9798.

How can I return an item?

You can return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund – excluding delivery charge. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are used or damaged.

Funds will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days, subject to bank clearing times. We will email to confirm we have processed your refund. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged (i.e. visible damage to either the goods or packaging), we ask that you refuse delivery and request it to be sent back to us. We will inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you as soon as possible. If you can no longer refuse delivery, please contact us by calling +353 (0)89 410 9798.
