Abu Garcia Vendetta V3 Rods are the next generation of Vendetta. Abu Garcia incorporated the new Winn advanced polymer Dri-Tac grips and IntraCarbon™ Technology. This creates a layer of multi-directional carbon fibres, providing a lightweight protective barrier on the rod blank without adding weight. The perfect harmony between rod and reel, allowing for greater sensitivity and control.

The Vendetta spin rod series from Abu Garcia delivers stunning quality and is packed with technical features. The rods are strong, well balanced, sensitive, equipped with highly responsive blanks, and designed with full carbon reel seats, making the rods light in weight. About Abu Garcia

In 1921, Carl August Borgström fron Sweden founded AB Urfabriken. The company manufactured pocket watches, telephone timers and taxi meters. Borgström was a brilliant craftsman with a talent for light precision engineering. These were skills he had acquired during his years in the Halda watchmaking factory.

Unfortunately, World War II caused a sharp decline in the demand for taxi meters. ABU redirected its skills toward the development of precision fishing reels, used by anglers all over the world. That’s why Abu Garcia later received the honour of being chosen “Purveyor To The Royal Swedish Court,”. This is a distinction within a select group of manufacturers for consistently exceeding its highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
