Alder Wet Fly
The Alder wet fly is quite an inactive little fly in its natural state. This is perhaps what you would call a lazy strike for the trout.
They spend their time resting, so it’s best fished letting it float with the current or a few little jerks to imitate a dying one. The alder flies are known to be clumsy. They easily fall into the water so the trout find the alder fly an easy food.
